We will first go over different watercolor techniques. Kids can choose plants/other features of the grounds to sketch and add watercolor when ready. Calling all young artists! Bring the kids over to the gardens of Villa Terrace for 60 minutes of fun and relaxed summer art. We will be using watercolor paints to illustrate some of the beautiful things one can find in the grounds of Villa Terrace. A flower, a statue, some weird bug perhaps- there is a lot to see and paint! No experience needed, we will learn together. Ages 6-12. Materials: pencils, paper, watercolors will be supplied. Take home your artwork and a packet with tips and tricks that we went over during class. With instructor Quinn Kammer.

For children ages 6 to 12. Class size: limited to 8 students per class.

Instructor Bio: Quinn Kammer is a Milwaukee native currently attending the Lawrenceville School where she is a junior. She has always been passionate about art and has participated in many competitions over the years. Quinn’s artwork has been published in the Stone Soup and Ranger Rick magazines.
